Lost 31 family members in the war 💔
This war is taking an immense toll on the people of Gaza. Death, destruction, displacement. How much more can we take? When will it end?
April 9, 2025 at 10:45 AM
Hamas's Islamist agenda has hijacked Palestinian national aspirations, sabotaged any prospects for peace, squandered our resources, got tens of thousands of our people killed. It has failed the Palestinian people in Gaza and beyond.

Within a generation, Gaza can break free: not just from war, but from the armed resistance ideology that keeps feeding it. A new model of Palestinian self-governance is possible, one that prioritizes dignity over destruction and prosperity over propaganda.
This future isn’t a fantasy. It’s a choice.

I chose to break free from the endless cycle of hate and revenge. Honoring my family’s memory means rejecting violence on all sides and resisting the pull of rage, even as my community enforces conformity with narratives that are unhelpful to the just aspirations of the Palestinian people.
March 20, 2025 at 1:29 PM
I’m done with the same narratives that only paint us as victims, denying our role in shaping our reality.

Yes, we’ve suffered—but we’ve also been failed by our leadership and trapped by enforced conformity.

I know that there is hope for the people of Gaza.

By its own rules of engagement, the IDF wouldn’t have tolerated this conduct in past Gaza wars. Those who upheld its god-level morality must face the horror of what unfolded. The NYT investigated the IDF’s actions after Oct. 7—these are their findings.

Arrogance and class divisions between diaspora Palestinians VS. those in the land or between "urbanites" in major metropolitan areas VS. in suburban & rural places or "Falaheen" and Bedouins is a source of tension & part of the dysfunction within the Palestinian national project.

Aljazeera Arabic is a mouthpiece for Hamas propaganda. Ban them.

After October 7, Simon Sebag Montefiore was one of the first to amplify my writing, helping me connect with key individuals and organizations, particularly in the UK. His support has meant so much.

Addressing the Israeli-Palestinian conflict requires rejecting black-and-white views, embracing complexity, and acknowledging the humanity of all involved.

Many Palestinians in Gaza are posting this photo to expose Hamas's manipulation of camera angles to overstate/inflate its supposed level of support. I said repeatedly that Hamas is going to pay, manipulate, & herd young men & boys into "victory" celebrations & hostage handovers.
January 20, 2025 at 1:03 AM
Hamas's "Al-Aqsa Flood" has been a complete operational failure. But its propaganda succeeded in conquering Columbia University, college campuses, Western capitals, leftist circles, NGOs, most of the Arab world, the "pro-Palestine" community, "indy" media, activists & journalists

Hamas released a propaganda video capturing the spectacle during which it handed over 3 young Israeli women to the Red Cross as part of the ceasefire/hostage deal in Gaza. In it, the terror group offers a certificate of release to the 3 young women who also received a gift bag w/ Hamas’ logo on it
January 19, 2025 at 9:01 PM
Shame on the Red Cross for being a willing participant in Hamas's despicable theatrics. Parading young Israeli female hostages in front of a mob of militants & local residents who were herded into participating in the spectacle is terrible for the women, and portrays Gazans in a horrendous light.
January 19, 2025 at 8:47 PM
Hamas's methodology: fight in flip-flops & civilian clothes, hide in schools, hospitals, tunnels, set up aid theft/looting gangs, leave 2 million Gazans to face a ferocious war on their own, only to miraculously find your clean uniforms, guns & cars when a ceasefire is announced.
January 19, 2025 at 8:40 PM
Aljazeera documented how Hamas's al-Qassam Brigade fighters emerged from the Nasser Hospital complex with their weapons and vehicles in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, as soon as the ceasefire went into effect, similar to how they emerged from displacement tents 3 days ago.

Oh Nerdeen, most in Gaza don't consider Hamasnik cultists like you in the West as Palestinian & loathe your fetishization of the "resistance" that's getting them slaughtered by Israel. If you wanted the killing to stop you wouldn't keep supporting Hamas which got Gaza annihilated.
January 18, 2025 at 2:47 AM
The Netzarim Corridor is a line drawn in blood. As ceasefire talks unfold, and hopes are raised, will it usher in stricter rules of engagement, independent oversight, and mechanisms to protect civilians? Or will this deadly divide remain a symbol of suffering, Gaza’s grim legacy?

So, which was it: a "genocide" or a victory for the "resistance"? People experiencing genocide don't generally emerge flexing and showing off in a cross-legged posture with a cup of tea to collect likes and shares. Why, folks? Why undermine Gazans' suffering with such nonsense?💔
January 16, 2025 at 2:47 AM
From Gaza to New York, the Palestinian people seriously deserve better "journalists" and "activists" to stop glorifying terrorism, death cultism, war, suicidal armed resistance, and fake notions of "victory" after screaming about "genocide" for 15 months. We deserve better 💔🇵🇸
January 16, 2025 at 2:08 AM
Arabic social media of Palestinian accounts from Gaza & beyond shows the immense dismay & fury at Hamas's militias, claims, actions, "celebrations," & cowardly behavior - proving that no amount of propaganda will ever cover up the disaster that was 10/7 & the "resistance" fraud.
January 16, 2025 at 12:17 AM
A real "journalist" would not rush to fanaticize about Israel's annihilation before the ceasefire even starts. Instead of inspiring hope for recovery, talking about Hamas's role in the disaster, saying let's never repeat this mistake ever again, she's looking forward to more war!
