On November 16, 2025, Japanese rock band Cider Girl released the video for “Kagerou,” which translates to “Heat Haze.” The song is being used as the ending theme for the Fall 2025 anime, Chitose is in the Ramune Bottle. I have to be upfront in this review and admit that my only familiarity with the anime comes from reading a synopsis for the series and from reading anibloggers’ opinions of the anime.

Armin van Buuren released "Sonic Samba" from his recent album, Piano, which features self-composed piano music.

I didn't expect this from him, but "Sonic Samba" is a beautiful instrumental. The piano and strings work together to create an incredible track.

I learned something new today:

Milli Vanilli's "Girl You Know It's True" is actually a cover of a song by an act called Numarx that was released in 1987.

I'm so used to the Milli Vanilli rendition, though, that this original version feels a little slow to me.
