Agreed call 911 and report to your local police a kidnapping in progress- get vehicle ID plates as well. Let's see what happens - hopefully no innocents get ..... caught in any cross fire.

When we see- we should call 911 and say their is a kidnapping in progress by masked people at the specific location- if possible get car and plate number description as well, if police do not arrive in time. Just what any good citizen would do when they see an apparent abduction on the street.
