I spent the past year going to a bunch of tech networking events, and they are filled with "people in tech" who can barely work a computer. Once they find out that you're in games and you don't use Ai, they will lecture you on why you should be using Ai and how you will fall behind if you don't.

No matter what the reason having people being laid off is a failure on the leadership. If our industry "restructure" and get rid of so many PEOPLE then Maybe CEOs should be the first to go because these bitches suck at their jobs.

We don't use Ai in our games. Ai isn't and hasn't ever been needed been needed to make a good game and CEOs like this don't know what the fuck they are talking about.
