Do you know when the third book will take place? We know book 2 is 6 years before ANH but I'm guessing the third one is maybe 2-3 years before?

Another one like this is your CRC calendar thing. I would be completely fine if like the Republic/Jedi/etc originated 7977 years ago. 25,000 years is such a long time and if we absolutely must have that many years of lore I would prefer the vast majority to be pre-Republic/Jedi with new factions.

been anything else that appeared in like 2015 or 2021 or some year super late into the whole 'establishing the basics of SW lore' period decades ago that made you guys go 'damn I know that would mess up a ton of stories but it's so good we have to retcon it into the backbone of lore'? 2/2

Do you ever encounter a new piece of lore that works so well that the SG contemplates retconning it into everything? For example the Outlander TIEs in Mando is such a no brainer idea that I would be completely fine if they were just standard TIEs like how Jon assumed they were. But has there 1/2

Has there been a case yet where a director has like specifically said ‘you guys should make tie ins based around X and Y in the movie’? It’s kind of expected in Star Wars so I feel like some directors have to be thinking about the EU stories their movie will spawn.
