Damnit. I edited it multiple times and think I didn't send it.

People on the periphery (Jewish diaspora, Lollards, Cathars, etc.) of society were who I was most interested in at uni (some time ago). WoN was the first saint that popped into my head. I remembered being interested in the event.

I replied to you elsewhere with my explanation. I can link you to it if need be. If I’ve offended you I apologize. I would never have done so intentionally nor did I know you were Jewish. (I guess I’m not online enough). I regret starting this whole interaction if I’m being honest.

Can you quote the line you are referencing? I see Newsom replying to Klein about what "bubble burst" for him, and he says that it was more about his rhetorical posture. Maybe you find that to be a disingenuous answer though?

I wonder if you are online too much. I can see your concern, but I think the general online cultural tenor is impacting your judgement, and encourages you to assume the worst about people. I am really sad you assumed this of me.

My brevity was definitely a problem here. It is more do with my interests in Med. European history. Interests in the marginalized and people on the periphery (Lollards, Cathars, Jewish idaspora), and the like. William of Norwhich is the only saint related saint I could think of at the time that.
