heres a bit of #eurosky lore - spain is the most successful eurosky country to have participated in more than half of the editions, and for good reason! spain has been in the top 10 for almost every single edition. its very impressive

this shows relative ranking instead of relative points (using the same formula that overthinking it used). basically that means instead of saying a song that came 22nd in ED4 and 22nd in ED10 are the same, we know that the one in ED10 did better because it beat 10 songs, and the one in ED4 came last

the balkans will never win with an ethnic sounding song because juries hate it. like ill be happy when a balkan win eventually happens but i just know it'll be western-style pop or rock and thats sad

i found an indian kpop group... i guess this is ipop? its very clearly kpop inspired i think
