That's fair. For me the best of Andor was the depiction of a fascist type government while experiencing the birth of a fascist type government myself and all the messy and foggy morality of a well meaning rebellion was juicy.

The question is,why? What is the end game to keep this information secret? Was this just sloppy governance aimed at climate data that went awry? I swear they don't think past their next talking point.

This was a very good documentary that was made, I think, with a great deal of empathy. Whatever happened, Hartigay was very loved.
