I’ve got a good process to input all the variety-specific seed info from a photo of the packet and/or growing guides. Using that, I’ve made a chatbot customized on my seed varieties. My fav part tho is the garden layout editor where you can easily see both plant type and the specific variety. 4/

I suppose some people would just make a spreadsheet but I can’t be bothered with that kind of manual data entry either. That’s what OCR is for. 3/

I’ve used (someone else’s) garden layout app for years now and I love it but lately I want to track each variety rather than just broad seed categories. The data entry to do that is usually manual, which is tedious. It was great for when I was just starting out but now I think I can do better. 2/

Long week. My 🌱 garden 🌱 is my usual go-to when life is crazy and I’m looking for zen. It’s planning season and I’m working through seed packets. It turns out that my seed collection has grown and there is a LOT of info on seed packets… A bit overwhelming sooo I made a thing…
