One can summarise what Musk has done to Twitter no better than by saying 'He's done a Ratner'.
Of course to Musk that doesn't matter. To him, Twitter is just a tool on which he has effectively spent circa $30bn in order to make a far greater amount through lucrative US gov't Space/Tech contracts.
