After my last post, I thought I'd give a quick intro to what ETCH is and what it allows you to do. In a nutshell, ETCH is a service (i.e. set of REST Endpoints), that let you take some JSON data and a template (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Markdown etc) and it processes the template looking for any tags that it can replace with the JSON data.

Did you get the hint in my last post? ...original ETCH... Ever since I first developed ETCH as an Office Document Template system more than 10 years ago, I always envisioned an improved version.
