yeah of course. and yes these are considered rare in crystal habit, in Texas, so they can be difficult to find.

any of those calcites florescent?

thank you. it was a lot of effort to get to.

well I've found them in del Rio clay and other formations south of there. it's found almost all the way down to the border. Leakey, campwood areas.

west Texas has less crystals and more sheet like, blanket deposits.

near cedar valley area. I pulled out floater pieces for 3 days before continuing extraction. one of my best pockets for sure

I was curious, are you mentioning a video on dating calcite/celestite from Balcones? or you were just referring to this area in contrast?

I was going to send some to a geologist friend of mine for x ray diffraction.
