I LOVE that they explain the reasoning behind their ingredient choices! Like today making waffles - using buttermilk powder and seltzer instead of normal fresh buttermilk.
(Hands down the best waffles I have ever made and it was soooo simple)

So I made pasta for the first time the other day, and of course I decided to start w Ravioli.
Filling: mushroom duxelle & herb ricotta
Sauce: Sage-brown butter mixed into cream of mushroom soup, a few tbsp of the duxelle, a bunch of Parmesan & a squeeze of lemon then lastly wilted in some spinach
