Following gentle yoga videos on YouTube helps me immensely. Take it slow, don't go deep into stretches, go very light for the first few days. Helps a lot. Tennis ball pressure points (YT vids) Warm water compresses. (prev paralyzed in R arm, very familiar with this) I hope you find relief soon ❤️

I feel you. I could hardly work bc of my battle with CRPS and partial paralysis, then got sepsis from a PICC line. Shit was rooooough. I was really lucky to be a SW at the time bc my guys saved my ass (still went through med bankruptcy). It's challenging finding a good pace after all that. *Hugs*
