Did you calibrate ClearType in Windows? It's in the settings as ClearType Tuner. I found the default subpixel AA to be really bad on some 1080p monitors and going through the tuner fixed it for me

I still play FM4 often. My FM3 disc is scratched unfortunately, and I haven't bought a new copy because my console red rings fairly often
