A lunch with a friend reminded me that in 2018, when asked what some of my greatest fears were, public speaking was up there. It's funny how life can change overnight when you stop seeking external validation.

Baroness Warsi shared some powerful words on solidarity at last night’s Asian Comms Network event and it’s stayed with me all day. Everything can feel tough when you’re doing it alone but with the network we’re hoping to breakdown barriers and give people the support they need to thrive.

Yesterday we hosted the Asian Comms Network event at The Cinnamon Club in Westminster. The food was PHENOMENAL and chef Vivek Singh was a delight. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend!
