...I've also been "struggling" with my current #WindowsSurfaceGo laptop's storage capacity versus constant updates needing space. So tonight, I'm transferring the necessaries before upgrading to 2TB! Hopefully tomorrow will 'sort it out' and I can resume #writing without fear of losing everything!?

No update today. I wanted to say to myself & no, I didn't spend it #writing one of my other WIP. Sorry. I felt like mooching. But I'll carry on with it tomorrow...sigh...when I get home from work!!!

I knew it "wouldn't last long" and here I am, New Year's Day and already 26 pages into typing up my notes. I'd like, if it is even remotely possible, to perhaps finish this by Sunday but that's just crazy talk! I'll just take it slowly and see how I fair... #writing #novel

...has just finished wrapping up the 'rough draft' of my "Influencers versus The Rapture" novel idea and yes, I still have a ways to go with it. But it's something at least. At least I have 'something else' that I've completed this year to finish next year!!! #Writing #Novel

I'll admit...working on it over the Christmas period has helped! Nothing to distract me, just several days of doing nothing but #writing and it felt good...and I still have the rest of the week to write!

It's SLOW going, but I have already started scribbling out notes for my very rough #firstdraft idea. It still has a ways to go, but I think I understand where it wants to go?! Although the research is a nightmare—it's what kind of heels go well with the outfit my character is wearing for each scene!

Not yet, no. It will be something I sort out once I have a proper second draft in place...but until then, I'm concentrating all my time & energy into completing this particular project. I don't fancy juggling other duties just yet. Only the writing.

Yup! Silly bollocks here is "jumping" into the #seconddraft without a break! I would, but I want to finish it...hopefully by the end of the month & then, it'll be a break before I start reaching out with feeders for an editor or a beta-reader? Which I have a couple of nibbles.. #Novel

I am still #editing BUT...I am discovering a LOT about myself! When I #write it is purely instinct which reaches in to get the "words onto the page" & when it comes time to 'read it' that is when I learn, I still have a way to go, until I'm truly a #writer but yeah, everyday is a school day!
