First week with Fern. She's easier to photograph when she's sleeping. Her crate has been a treat fest all week, and she climbs in expectantly whenever we're near. She looks okay in blue, but pink is definitely a better fit for her. Her ears flop the same way in almost every photo.

Meet Fern!

Just under 7lbs at 4 months, she a likely Terrier/Chiuahua mix. She was born in a shelter with 4 siblings, rescued by Take Paws on her kill date, and I fell in love with her sweet, chill personality the moment I met her.

Night 1 of Booker Fest was amazing! Sam Forshey rocked and The New Orleans Suspects were on fire, but I was completely blown away by the venue! What a treasure! I can't think of any other spot I'd drive an hour from New Orleans to see live music at.
