Same reason he had a haircut just before too

Is it a nazi coat, or is he still growing into it? That tan line too, he’s had a huge haircut for the photo op.

16? He won’t wait that long
January 17, 2026 at 7:38 AM
About 10 years ago if you’re in the uk

The nuts are all leaving though, maybe the party can return to some sanity again?
January 15, 2026 at 11:59 AM
He’s dropped comments that make it seem more likely than not.
January 15, 2026 at 11:44 AM
But were you in the previous response?

There’s been lente of academic slop for years. Multi variate studies are powerful, valuable and most often misused by people too lazy to design their study properly. Academics then hid behind big words. A sensible system would see a more democratic science with fewer walls and more focus on quality.

This is the difficulty. I’d like to have a national identity card, but I don’t see why anyone should be forced to carry one. It’s annoying that our driving licence was specifically designed with that role in mind with a license free equivalent but the Tories got cold feet.

I’d argue that none are lately. The Tories used to be better at policy but Johnson ejected everyone who was capable.

Cats are worse. Never buy cat toys, they’re just as happy with the crumpled receipt.

Multiple of these at work recently. I wonder how these people swing effortlessly from pumping bitcoin to ai to whatever’s next without people noticing.

That name is still legible, pled be careful.

I’ve used pages and Google docs for ages. You won’t need to go back
January 8, 2026 at 5:41 AM
You missed the word “again”
January 7, 2026 at 6:10 PM
How very ‘80s of you

It’s difficult now that Musk has gone mad, but a lot of Tesla’s UX decisions are spot on. Why do I need to press an on or off button? Why do I have park on the shifter a park lever and an off button, surely “I’ve stopped and not moved or opened a door” is enough. I won’t buy another Tesla.

It’s surprisingly easy to live without o364. It’s been off my Mac for years, and keep thinking I’m going to have to put it back and keep finding that I don’t.

We have an old Model x which is not far off in my view, sensible stalks and sticks with about 4 buttons on the wheel with 2 5 way wheels. The 5 way wheels work really well imo. The later models which lose two stalks, the glove box button and steering wheel buttons go too far.

Captured implies that he was on the run
January 6, 2026 at 9:39 AM
I get the buttons thing, but 19 buttons on the steering wheel is ridiculous. The goal is presumably to find functions quickly, not buttons, or no buttons. I find complex steering wheels and Tesla’s no buttons obsession both problematic

No one returns an ice car at 100% full, we all fill to first click. Ice cars stay at 100 for quite a while.

Even 5-6 years ago, half of the services had a couple of fast chargers, but the leaf had a small battery, modern cars can drive further than my bladder anyway.
January 5, 2026 at 9:53 AM
Definitely done that too, door open, pushing the a pillar
January 4, 2026 at 12:14 PM
I used to park at the top of a hill to save the pushing
