Another project is using ECHILD to explore attainment outcomes in primary school for children with neurodisability.

The research highlights how the period before school entry provides a valuable opportunity for early intervention to support these children.

We're hearing some vital insights from research comparing the mortality of young people with and without neurodisability, using the ECHILD dataset.

Our PhD student Christy Coles meanwhile discussed female offending trajectories, and how patterns reveal disparities between groups.

Christy also pointed out how there are often warning signs early on (such as during education) - positive intervention is key.
