Try listening to Frequency music. Lofi frequency music is soothing to me and I don't get lost with the tones. 432Hz and 538Hz are nice to my ears but I prefer 432Hz. Not all frequency vibe with you so try different ones to find what fits.

Just bought tickets to 2025 Dreamville Festival. First festival, first concert, first tour in my life ever.

This is my 10 gallon aquarium. The betta is named Remi and the tetras are referred to as The Council. There's also a a bristlenose pleco named Wall-E, invasive pink snails and an assassin snail to complete the ecosystem.

These are my cats. Mochi & Kayda are the calicos, they are sisters found in a dumpster. Raiu is a Nebelung found under a porch.
