Liability payouts get taken out of the General Fund, not from the responsible department's budget.

This leads to the defunding of other City departments and is contributing to city layoffs.

Not to be grammar police but “windmills” make grain. “Wind turbines” deliver energy. You’d think Trump aides would know the difference, right? No.

He sighed an exec order to investigate/possibly remove idle “windmills.” There are about 12 left in America. Some are now museums! Good luck guys! 😀 🍀
