I know some people will mix it into orange juice or apple juice to try and make it more palatable. Maybe that will help.

It was hard for me to be a big fan when she disappeared so often. I hope she does well in whatever she does next.

This is basically where I need to start over at. Had a rib injury that took a while to heal and then got lazy. Will have to do low weight/body weight workouts until I can’t progressively overload anymore.
