Which federal institutions would this be? The ones which are being decimated by politically targeted firings? I can’t imagine why any Fed WOULD resist when their financial stability has been taken hostage.

I'm a retired Fed. If you are tenured (and especially if you are also union), DO NOT TAKE THIS OFFER. I strongly suspect these "buyouts" will contain fine-print language, stripping employees who are both tenured and vested of their future pension benefits. If they want you gone, make them RIF you.

I’ve tried to play the Witcher at least a dozen times and can’t get into it. I had the same problem with the books. The Netflix series was great, though.
