Making a vegetable pie with spinach, silver beet, beetroot leaves, black fungus, leek, mushrooms, olives, tofu, garlic, chilli, and herbs with cabbage leaves instead of pastry. This is my second version, so I know it works, I will add photos tomorrow once cooked.
