I loved this book. Never listened to an audiobook, but I fully understand how this would be really immersive in that format.

But that’s the problem with the ICC. Jurisdiction is voluntary. And neither the U.S. nor Israel have signed the Rome Statute. But we have no problem recommending cases to the ICC. We just won’t submit to its jurisdiction.
