Bringing a little smoke to your TL.

Smoked some beef ribs today, bone came out clean. So good.

I smoked some St. Louis style ribs today. They weren't ready for lunch, so they ended up being more of a dinner thing. I had wanted to pair with a really good fall salad I made, but I was hungry earlier. I had to fold them a bit to fit in my smoker (hence that ripple). These turned out great.

I'm thinking of making this a place where I not only post about politics, culture, current events, but share some of my adventures in BBQ and grilling. Thoughts?
