Isn't the idea to be visible to get people to obey the speed limit, particularly in dangerous areas, rather than catch people speeding. Although a mix of visible and hidden may work best.

Aren't the way they handled Epstein files part of the epstein files that congress passed a law saying they must release and only redact the victim names. So any written/emailed order should be released.
