Indeed. One of the design points of the Van Zyl Slabbert system is that it still gives parties seats that are proportional to the votes cast, while adding an element of local representation.

So far only the high-level municipal data has been released. I will only be able to update dotmap.adrianfrith.com and census2011.adrianfrith.com when the detailed data comes out in a later phase.
