Using a wonderful website called Monster Brain Soup, I managed to design the closest approximation to my dragon form

The two main characters of my dark fantasy passion project, The MephistoVerse. Stardust, a half-dragon (gay, afab demiboy, he/they) and the demon Mephistopheles (amab genderfluid, bi, any pronouns). Designed with #HeroForge bc I can’t draw anime style. Lore in alt. #happypridemonth
Raziel Stardust is a Melusine, an original species I created that are the result of a dragon/human union. He’s an eccentric yet caring philanthropist who protects the local dragons from bigoted humans in a quaint little steampunk town. He also managed to deceive Mephistopheles into thinking he owed them his soul, only to reveal that the contract was invalid since he signed it with his deadname. The two develop an enemies to lovers relationship. Stardust is one of the few mortals Mephisto has any genuine respect for. A close up of Stardust without his hat. Designing his hair and facial markings was a bit of a challenge, since HeroForge only had a limited number of options. The eye markings should be shaped more like crescent moons. But I like how this turned out nonetheless. Mephisto was another challenge to design, especially bc I couldn’t quite get the hairline right. But I got there eventually. Mephistopheles DeVille-Morningstar, simply known as Mephisto, is a textbook demon who travels the world, conning naive and power-hungry mortals into selling their souls. Contrary to popular belief, he’s not The Devil, but merely Lucifer’s secretary. However, after being successfully duped by Stardust, Mephisto can’t bring themselves to condemn the crafty Melusine and develops a sense of respect and admiration for him. Everyone else is fair game, though. Despite being a demon, Mephisto has a strict code of honour; she never goes back on her word and they never harm a child. Also he loves red velvet cake.
