Random/very niche nerdy thing but it's something ive been interested in for a while, they're finally able to make (Thorium) Nuclear Clocks!
A jump from atomic clocks & has a lot of good applications, my fave was measuring changes in the universe itself (which is hard as we change WITH the universe)
