Usually I see this dynamic playing out over a longer period in relationships and sometimes friendships. But this instant reaction has suddenly opened my eyes & it’s very interesting 🤔

I always advise my clients with a 6 life path that whilst you are nurturing by nature, it’s so important that you find the right balance to pour that back into yourself. Self love is a MUST!

This afternoon I’ve been doing some reflection writing about what I’ve achieved and what I enjoyed this year.

The balance between achievement’s and enjoyment is very healthy 🥰🥰
