a commission for stormy_time of her and her "son" Sleepy. She has surprised him from behind and doting on him, nudging into his face. Sleepy rests his face against his curled-up fist, unamused by her energetic shenanigans the same commission but using the "pastel overlay" technique. Directions: dupicate the flattened image > add another layer and use a soft pastel color (tutorial recommends orange but I used purple) > turn the pastel layer to "Brightness" mode (also known as Luminosity) > merge with duplicated flats > use "hard light" mode on this new layer and tonal correct/adjust opacity if need be
