Don't a lot of Germans still refer to a lot of Polish towns by their old German names rather than trying to figure out how to pronounce the Polish names? Surprised they don't do that for Hungary, just make up exonyms they can pronounce.

Yeah I don't quite get what the end goal of the people saying "just ignore it" is, like if we vote for the normal democrat we get a Milquetoast democrat at worst, they'll probably be fine, but if we vote for the "left wing" populist, they might just be fetterman 2.0

Progressives DO work this hard to undermine Democratic nominees CONSTANTLY. First they were constantly bitching about Biden, (the most progressive president to ever be in office, that includes policy), and then they were bitching about Kamala Harris who is even more progressive.

I know this is a joke but this is a bad comparison. Taiwan/China is the outcome of a civil war, Ukraine is a sovereign independent nation with its own culture and language. This sort of implies that Russian & Ukrainian language and culture are interchangable and that they ought to be one country.

This is stupid. We could fix CO2 emissions by just not driving everywhere all the time for long distances in giant trucks and SUVs. Also Communists still destroyed the environment without profit incentive.
