I think @runme.dev is going to be one of the best ways to capture this data. @runme.dev is part of a dev's inner loop; we can log intent and actions while an engineer is busy fixing stuff rather than requiring an out of band process to document what they did.

In 2025, I can predict @runme.dev & foyle.io becoming more upstream.
Instead of maintaining Doc/Code separately, fuse them into a singular Source of Truth using @runme.dev & foyle.io Integrate w/VS Code.
