@easyjethelpdesk.bsky.social do you test your app for the user experience for traveller or just the upgrade possibilities. The app is bad for travellers. Where can I find the gate info, details of checked luggage etc.

@easyjethelpdesk.bsky.social hello easyJet. Flying out Napoli this morning. Why is your app so bad. This morning I had to reenter all the passenger info on the return leg of our flight only the app didn’t work and I had to eventually add it through the website.
