I agree. The app is a buggy mess with terrible animations and it's so laggy.
The official Mastodon app is the best app imo, with respect to the UI and performance. I prefer Bluesky as a platform but oh my god the app sucks.

Honestly, the music and the animation was SUCH a treat! I'm currently going through the entire original score and remembering how I felt while seeing it. The last few tracks are some of the best I've ever heard. Up there with Hans Zimmer's work for me.

For me, both Mastodon and Bluesky are equally dry, but loads better than Twitter lmao. Bluesky is a lot simpler though, and easy to get started with.
