If anything, to properly optimize the cleanliness, wash your hands before doing toilet business, and afterward if necessary. Also do it if you're going to do anything involving getting hands near face, such as eating. Don't eat glitter. You don't want glitter poops.

Assuming you're just having a normal day at work or whatever, how much glitter will naturally end up on your junk? It spends the day hidden away in clothing and is realistically only out when you're utilizing it.
If there's any glitter on it, it's because your hands put it there.
