A5 the ease of access alone… it’s much more difficult to access different perspectives on a theme in a written format. Plus the conversational tone encourages those less confident in engaging with knowledge in traditional academic formats.

A4 podcasting can help ensure the assessment is more authentic and personalised, which promotes integrity, and creativity allows different voices to be heard. Not forgetting assistive features, too #LTHEchat

A2. The first challenge is possibly having to demonstrate how podcasting allows achieving the LOs (same with any non-traditional form of assessment). Once that’s been done it should be plain sailing 😉 #LTHEchat

A4: Provide opportunities to chat to students (not their own, so they can be honest) and hear about ways they have felt excluded.
