Work has always been accommodating, even before I had my suspicions. I feel very lucky there

(Not that I was a big drinker, but I did binge at work functions to survive them because it helped me feel like I was fitting in)

I suspect I have it, but financially I can’t justify the cost of finding out for sure. And I can’t see the harm in treating myself like I do have it - if anything, it’s helping me be kinder to myself. It’s lead me to stop drinking, for one.

All the in hoop inverts have helped my aerial 😂 but yeah, it does hurt different!

It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made too. I’ve gained so much confidence from it and so much strength, and it’s led me to another love: Lyra.

My daughter graduated from kinder last week and as part of the ceremony, the kinder teacher read out what the kids wanted to be when they grew up. ‘Being a dad’ was one boys dream job, and you should have heard the collective ‘naww’ from the crowd.

my daughter’s school uses the reading rope method to teach kids literacy, and it’s apparently highly effective for those with dyslexia. (I can’t comment on how it works for my daughter tho as she doesn’t start til Feb - we’re Australian)

I tried to talk my gen-X husband into turning his off, but he likes it…

Mine learned it, then realised it was easier to stay in bed and scream at the top of her lungs until we came to her 😅

I still get woken in the middle of the night because of thirsty, which I suspect is an attempt to get into my bed 😂
