the bay bridge has a bike lane but only halfway across, so if you wanted to bike from the East Bay to SF for the 4th of July fireworks you'd have to bike all the way north to Point Richmond, across to Marin, and down across the Golden Gate Bridge. But that'd be ridiculous right

took me three months of procrastinating but i built my bookshelf!!!

I scraped Letterboxd for people who'd reviewed both Barbie and Oppenheimer and plotted the results
A scatter plot with users' ratings for Oppenheimer on the x axis and Barbie on the y axis. The plot is relatively uncorrelated and is concentrated to the top-right, with ratings between 3 and 5 for both movies. The caption lists the correlation coefficient, r = 0.052, and the axis labels list the average ratings and SDs at 4.355 ± 0.705 for Oppenheimer and 4.164 ± 0.753 for Barbie. The same data in a 2D histogram. The title and axes are the same. The colorbar ranges from 0 to 125, and it is mostly dark, with a cluster of color in the upper right hand corner.
