An American in London. Techie small biz owner.
It’s true that I’ve seen even under 4s have ridiculous footie skill even if you started at 7 you could catch up. The problem is making the team at first so you’d even have the chance.

Bad properties sure but I doubt all but NYC matches the poor housing conditions AND lack of housing AND high costs. Could be wrong but it’s far from universal in the US even if rent is too high London is uniquely bad.

There aren’t many places in the US with a property market at London levels of dysfunction.

Maybe on social media less so in national elections

The main reason Trump wouldn’t do that is that he has private prison donors to pay back. He could do a “show camp” for a small number. Maybe he even invests in some private facilities and then sends them people he rounds up?

Just unbelievable how unprofessional that set was.

Exactly - Trump will do whatever he wants. Expecting people to hold him accountable will never happen. Garland should be ashamed of himself for dropping the ball so badly, but I’m guessing he thought nobody would vote for Trump after 6 Jan.

I think the problem is that you mostly hate your health care company when they won’t pay your serious health care claim costs which realistically is relatively rare that’s how claims work.

I remember when the home office made an address mistake sending my wife’s new residency card when she turned in the old despite multiple send attempts. Fun times not being able to move to a new house while being kicked out of the old one because the landlord wants to remodel. Hostile env is hostile.

Excellent this was a politically motivated prosecution the entire time.

He definitely surprised me there considering some of his other stuff. He deserves kudos for boldly supporting Ukraine.

We don’t know who, or why, but let’s just make up a controversy. So tired of fake controversies …

What an absolute scam. What can people do? Well governments do tend to react to voters asking for something if there are enough of them. This isn’t just a one person problem this company is doing this on purpose to everyone.

She did great 100 percent she just needed more time

Causes sooo many problems yet nothing real done about it by Labour or the Tories when they were in power.

It’s amazing how many years now section 21 was just about to go away. Getting rid of the strikes is good but until Brexit is better mitigated and something real is done on housing people will be unhappy. At least we have a little populism coming with school fees VAT (sarcasm).

They are great if you don’t want to add a starter pack you don’t! I love being able to spin up follows fast it’s so helpful.

Labours cowardice is going to cost them in 4.5 yrs. I only hope we don’t stumble into a hard right govt from stuff like this.
November 22, 2024 at 6:20 AM
Fix housing and economic growth (which isn’t bad but we are getting hammered with tax due to Brexit) and a lot of this might go away. Good vs a generation ago sure but bad vs 10 years ago.
