Carney will balance operational budget and borrow for capital projects

Capital projects will create jobs, improve trade, and increase tax revenues

I remember watching this show and gaining an early appreciation of learning about and from other Canadians who didn't look or sound like me. I value now that this probably may never have happened in any other country then or since.
