Really lovely card and gifts today from a patient who is moving onto another service. Though the irony of an #ADHD patient giving their doctor, who also has ADHD, a planner was not lost on me 😂

Day 1 post official #ADHD diagnosis and feeling a bit glum so walking into the office and seeing this amazing poster (thank you @danidonovan.com ) on the wall next to my desk was even more welcome than normal

Popped out for half an hour the other evening and returned to this outside my door. It’s mine. There’s a shoe rack in the porch and I’d clearly left the house in a bit of a whirlwind 😂 At least it wasn’t raining… #ADHD

Have to take two of these at night for 12 nights. Unsettled by the pack sizes due to my irrational need for symmetry. Spent far longer than necessary working out which order to take them in. #ADHD #menopause
