I knew nothing about ADHD when I went for my assessment.
It was 3 months before I told my wife and almost a year before I got round to learning more. Then I found a stupid podcast about how it's a super power, and did not bother for another 6 months.

I was lying down in bed and had to get up because my feet would not stay still. So I got up did laundry, dishes and tidied the bathroom. Now I am on social media and my feet are nuts, so sorry, can't help.
