I have no idea what type these volunteer tomatoes are, they’re in the wrong place, and they’re tiny. Still struggling with the idea of pulling them out though.

My favorite moose fact: they sleep in late!
(And then they definitely almost stepped on my kid when they woke up and wandered through the campsite.)
I was always told they have no natural predators anymore*, so they can be oblivious

One of my early tweets. The memo I was writing was to the Chair of the Science Committee, advocating that Twitter might be useful in policy communications. This was screen grabbed in it. We weren’t the first office to adopt it, but we were early adopters.
