A broken clock is right twice a day.
As someone actively looking to rent a three bedroom apartment, I would live in this. We upzoned Roosevelt around the light rail and didn't require any 3 bedrooms in any of the buildings.

I filed an ADA complaint this summer and asked the city to fix an inaccessible sidewalk. They investigated and determined it was an ADA violation. Then said it would be fixed in 2028. We are 4 years out from preventative measures to these problems.
