Step back and observe yourself, asking:

“Would I hire and TRUST this person as they are now, to build my career the way it deserves?”

If the answer is no, then ask:

“Why? What is missing in energy, mindset or behaviour, that would mean they could give my career the best chance of success?” (5/7)

It stems from the anxiety that you’re somehow running out of time;

But I can promise you that in the long run, you lose the most time by working yourself into the ground and making yourself sick (both in health and sick of the industry)
