When it comes to files, naming them descriptively helps. Then when you want to work on a function you just ctrl-P and look up that file by name. At least for me, its easy that way to just forget about them until I need them. Doesn't matter how many there are.

Sadly when using SharedArrayBuffer support option for web games, this doesn't work.
