I was quite pleased with myself this morning. Since picking up an injury last year I've struggled to run a 5k. I did my home #parkrun and managed to keep it going. Just over 30 mins official time.

I saw a pod of dolphins a couple of weeks ago. Everyone had just stopped and was looking out over the harbour. Not a great photo, but, you can see a fin.

Yesterday I tried Fartlek running, I wasn't very good at working it out. Today Fitbit recommends that I have a lie in and maybe some crisps. Make up your mind.
